We feel compelled to write and tell you what excellent service we have received from Lee, when purchasing our 'Swift Escape 696' Motorhome. We originally made an appointment to view another model on 21st July, which we had found online. Having looked at this one, we decided we did not like it, so Lee chatted to us about our lifestyle, and suggested the 'Swift' would suit us. Had we not done this, we would not have gone on to purchase a vehicle. He was very helpful and well informed, but not pushy. Thanks so much for your excellent service.

I just wanted to feedback a few lines to pass on the great customer service I had from Dean Carpenter when I picked my van up on 16th June following a replacement rear panel and a service.

Despite being a Friday afternoon and clearly a peak time for customer collections, Dean was committed that once with a customer - he would see all queries through before moving on. I had a small issue with a part that had been fitted during the service - but this was remedied without issue. An excellent job had been done on the new rear panel, and the service + other small jobs were completed as requested. If all customer service reps had Dean's approach the world would be a better place!

I have just completed my annual pilgrimage to Highbridge for my Habitation Service on my motorhome. I drive home with a smile on my face, not just because all is sorted but because I had interacted with the team in Reception at after sales. What a jolly,welcoming group they are, I could start naming people, but they all are so courteous, helpful beyond their remit, and leave one feeling that they were the only customer who called in that day. They have the ability to lift ones spirits and send you on your way with a pleasing smile on your face and in your heart. Thank you all you are a real tonic, I enjoyed the "loan car" too. The workshop have also done a pleasing check.

Dean Carpenter was a absolute star today! A masterclass in customer service when we arrived with problems in our new motorhome. Each of the team he called upon were warm welcoming & professional. Just a few hours to sort every aspect. Lots of coffee and a wander around the other vans and we a happily on our way. Absolutely recommend Highbridge, we really enjoyed dealing with Ken when we bought and now after sales has exceeded expectation too. Thank you Dean once again!

Dear Lynn. Thank you for the help you gave us.. This has now helped us start our holiday. Would also like to thank Dave for the help restarting our Electric bed.. Hopefully when get back at the next service we will thank Dave in person.. Until then big thanks to all the team at Highbrigde (true service) what you cannot buy.

I have been meaning to E-Mail you since last year to say a Big Big thank's to all at Highbridge for the service they have given me from the sales staff to the after sales team. Especially the after sales team, I took my motorhome in to have some small work done under warranty, they were fantastic all the work was first class. Thank you again. Dennis Brown.

Highbridge pulled out all the stops to help us after we'd had a very bad experience with another Motorhome Dealer.

All of the staff at Highbridge are very knowledgeable and professional.

Thank you to Colin (in sales) who put our fears to rest, his expert guidance, knowledge, help and advice was fabulous.

The Aftersales dept are second to none, nothing was to much trouble and everything was explained. Our Motorhome had a couple of niggley problems which needed sorting, aftersales booked us in and they were dealt with straightaway they even let us stay the night. All of the staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions no matter how small, they really went the extra mile. So thank you to Anthony, Dean, Sue, Tash, Lyn and everyone in Aftersales.

Also a Big Thank you to Oliver (operations manager) for sorting everything for us.

The Accessory shop has everything you need with an amazing selection at very good prices, again the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We came away after buying our Fiat Mooveo P608 from them, feeling happy and confident and will only deal with Highbridge in the future, even though we live in Helston, Cornwall.

Whether your interests are Motorhomes--Caravans or Camping, we can highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.
The hot chocolate is lovely to.

I would like to praise your staff in the after sales reception who were very helpful and professional in their role. Also the workshop manager who was really helpful with a little problem we had with the van. He sent out a young Polish technician who was in my opinion very good at his job. As well as being also very polite and helpful. I hope that you would pass this on to your staff.
