I collected my new Caravan yesterday and I wanted to thank everyone for such an amazing service. Jackie and Tony at handover were fantastic, we felt so confident about the van and how it worked after such a comprehensive run through. The van looked spotless and everything had been prepared for us, they made sure we were hitched up correctly and even stuck on our number plate for us! The sales staff were helpful and completed our paperwork quickly and efficiently, the Awning department and the shop staff also deserve a mention for being helpful and friendly. What a great company to deal with all round, we love our new van and would highly recommend Highbridge Caravans, my Mum and Dad recommended us to you as they bought their van from you, and its not often you have a whole family delighted with the service they have received from a company.
