After experience over the last year, during which I sold a used motorhome,
bought a new one and had it serviced I rate the service I have received at Highbridge as excellent.
Pre-delivery work was of a very high standard, in particular the craftsmanship of additional work I required.
I have found the staff in all areas, including receptionists, to be friendly, polite, extremely helpful and accommodating.
Overall the experience has been pleasant and stress free and I would not hesitate to recommend Highbridge to anyone.
I bought a Thermal external blind (Milenco) for my motorhome back in March this year, I was extremely pleased with this product, last time out in November I encountered a night of heavy rain, on getting up and taking the blind off I noticed it was 1/3rd full of water, I could not drain it so had to put some slits in the case so I could pack up to go home, I emailed Milenco to tell them of this problem and they apologized and asked me to take the item back to Highbridge Caravans as this problem should not have occurred, Highbridge shop sales staff were absolutely fantastic and sorted the problem and gave me a replacement blind even though I had lost the receipt they checked on their sales record, I won't go anywhere else for my motorhome bits and bobs again,

We recently traded our motorhome to go back to a caravan, the whole chain from 1st contact was excellent.
We were treated well by sales, given a great hand over on the day and were given nothing but help and good advice during the whole process, even though we asked many questions and subsequently changed our minds on the caravan we chose.
We recently purchased a Swift Coastline Classic 480 SE from you and have just returned from our first holiday with it.

We just want to highlight how impressed we were with your salesman James. We are first time buyers of a caravan and have not got a clue on what did what in the caravan.
We found a caravan we liked and was within our price range. James then took us to the caravan and showed us what things do and how to make up the bunk as we could not work it out.
All the time he was cheerful and nothing was too much trouble for him. Even when we mentioned the few parts that needed fixing he was happy to write them all down to ensure they get fixed.
Will certainly recommend Highbridge to other people if all your salesman are like James.
I recently had cause to visit Highbridge Caravans ,when following a very heavy rainstorm, We had a serious water leak in our (four year old) caravan, which we had purchased 13 month previously from a dealer in GLOUCESTER. I spoke to Chris who is a trained Swift technician, who, advised me on how to arrest the leak, temporarily repair it, and furnished me with all info I required to contact Swift.( he reluctantly advised me that he was amazed at the total lack of interest by the Gloucester dealer) I have in the Past dealt with Highbridge and ALWAYS have received first class service and attention. I would like to say a Big Thank you to Chris for all his help, he is a credit to his company, and maintains their already very high standards of customer care. This visit was purely for help and advice, and cost me nothing, but saved me a lot of stress and money.THANK YOU HIGHRIDGE, PARTICULARLY CHRIS.
Hello Highbridge - wanted to initially compliment you on your professionalism from the man in the caravan area, directing my wife and I to various caravans; through to the Salesman and purchasing process.Â Having bought our new Sterling Eccles Sport 584 we hit theÂ road.Â Two small problems arose, at separate venues, during our trips.Â Highbridge was contacted and engineers duly arrived n site and the matters resolved effectively and with very little delay and under guarantee.Â I can only say you deserve, and lived up to, your reputation, which is why we came to you in the first place.
